We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to join our NDIS division, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. As a key member of our team, you will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services, supporting clients with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans for clients with diverse needs.
- Provide education, support, and counseling on healthy eating principles, mindfulness eating, and chronic health conditions, including diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, IBS, IBD, and eating disorders.
- Develop and implement Meal Time Management plans, fussy eating plans, tube feed plans, and other specialized nutrition programs.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve client-centered goals and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nutrition-related policies and procedures within the ORS Group.
- Membership with Dietitians Australia (Registered APD).
- Strong passion for enabling people with disabilities to reach their goals and aspirations.
- Experience in disability and/or aged care, with a focus on nutrition and dietetics.
- A car and driver's license for travel to client sites.
- A National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
