Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Cardinia. As a key member of our Fitness and Programs department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, personalized training programs that cater to the diverse needs and goals of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored exercise plans based on individual client needs and fitness objectives
- Conduct fitness assessments and health consultations to inform exercise programming
- Monitor client progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust training programs as necessary
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all members, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the fitness center
- Create individualized exercise plans that align with clients' specific objectives, abilities, and preferences
- Deliver dynamic personal training sessions that cater to diverse participant needs while maintaining high energy levels
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness practices
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and attendance
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in personal training, continually seeking professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia registration
- Certificate 3+ 4 in Fitness or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Previous experience in customer service
