We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Positive Behaviour Support division. As a key member of our national team, you will lead a group of Psychologists and Counsellors providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of practitioners in delivering high-quality clinical services
  • Maintain a reduced caseload, working with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours, working towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to NDIS participants. You will have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, and telehealth.

Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS participants
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses
  • Suitable qualifications to undertake behaviour support assessments (i.e., Psychology or Education)
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one
