About the role:

  • Fulltime role Monday to Friday
  • Work across our northern residential aged care sites (car and regional incentive allowance included)
  • Utilise your clinical experience and people skills in an engaging leadership role


As Roving Clinical Leader, you will be part of a high performing team working Monday to Friday across a number of our northern residential aged care sites located in Evanston Park, Mount Barker, Payneham and Hendon.


With sound clinical experience, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, individualised nursing care to our residents.

You will actively lead and mentor staff, ensuring that each team member is equipped and empowered to deliver the best resident-focused care.


Reporting to the Clinical Care Consultant, you will know your placements in advance, be provided with your own mobile phone and laptop and receive ongoing guidance and mentoring.


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive clinical experience as Registered Nurse
  • A Bachelor of Nursing and current RN AHPRA registration
  • Ability to work across multiple Eldercare sites
  • Previous leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
  • A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families
