About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Fresh Service Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Fresh Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading our team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Fresh Service Manager in leading and coaching the Fresh Team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, and late nights, across a fortnightly rotational roster.
