We are seeking a
People & Culture Business Partner to join our cohesive People Support team.
Working closely with the People Support Manager across a broad operational and strategic scope of work, this position will develop positive relationships across the organisation to deliver best practice, high impact generalist business partner support, services, initiatives, and advice through the lenses of continuous improvement, best practice, and service excellence.
Key focus areas are:
- Proactively coach, support and provide feedback to leaders on people related matters including performance management and employee relations to support best practice and enhance leadership capability across the organisation
- Manage ER/IR case management end to end
- Partner with the business to develop, support and implement a broad range of people processes and initiatives
- Drive participation in the employee engagement survey, analyse results and support subsequent action planning, recommendations and projects
About you:
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR or a related discipline
- Previous experience and a demonstrable track record of success in a generalist 'hands on' partnering role with exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Significant experience working with employee related matters and managing own case load end to end
- Advanced interpersonal skills to coach, influence, manage and persuade others
- Previous experiencing in managing organisational change
- Ability to analyse problems, develop balanced solutions and work across a broad range of HR functions, responsibilities, and knowledge areas
- High level organisational and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance changeable priorities
- Welldeveloped writing and presenting skills with attention to detail and strong ability to research and draft high quality documentation
