Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager will be key in shaping Minderoo and Tattarang's evolving DEI strategy, overseeing the integration of DEI best practices across all our operations.


This role is currently available as a permanent part-time position, 0.6 FTE but if you are looking for a full-time position, and have expertise within Learning & Development, there is the opportunity to combine this with our currently advertised Learning & Development Manager position for a truly diverse HR professional role at a strategic level.

Resources would be provided to support a combined role as appropriate for action and execution.

Working closely with a dynamic and diverse People & Culture team and collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders', key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of a best-in-class DEI strategy
  • Partnering with Leadership to develop and implement diversity strategies to support the shaping of an inclusive and supportive work culture.
  • Developing and implementing strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Continuously researching current trends emerging and drawing on best practice to provide recommendations for improvement to enable leaders to make decisions.
  • Embedding systems that identify and report on trends and patterns in diversity and inclusion issues, developing strategies to mitigate potential workplace culture issues.
  • Working to ensure diversity and inclusion strategy is integrated within policies, processes, procedures and learning initiatives
  • Developing training programs and other resources to educate employees about diversity and inclusion best practices and behaviours.
  • Contributing to the development of a compelling employer brand and recruiting strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.

  • Have implemented DEI programs and initiatives in large, complex organisations
  • Demonstrate experience in leading strategic projects
  • Hold strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions
  • Be confident in project management with multitasking skills
  • Be able to effectively inspire and empower employees across the Minderoo Foundation
  • Possess strong collaboration skills, emotional intelligence creativity, curiosity and resourcefulness.
