Job Description

To keep moving forward, we are introducing a new position: Senior Manager, Training Delivery. Reporting to the Group Manager of Training, this role will closely collaborate with the Training Delivery leadership team in different locations and other key stakeholders.

The Senior Manager of Training Delivery is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our induction programs and continuous training initiatives, creating an environment that fosters positive learning outcomes aligned with our strategic goals.

In this crucial role, you will harmonize operational plans with directives from TSA's Executive and Group Leadership team to drive business success and nurture talent development, all while promoting a culture of ongoing learning to support professional growth and organizational progress.

Central to your role is mentoring and developing training leaders, providing valuable insights into performance metrics and transforming these insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Who are you?

  • 3+ years of mid-level leadership management experience
  • Experience in learning and development with a strong understanding of modern learning methodologies and delivery techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and develop strategies
  • Experience in creating and implementing logistical training plans across different locations
  • Self-directed yet thrive on team collaboration
