What's the role?
To assist the Coordinator - VHC to facilitate the administrative function of the Veterans' Home Care program. You will support service delivery, reporting and invoicing in accordance with the VHC Service processes and procedures.

What we need from you:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse group;
  • Experience with office management software like Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook and Word, specifically)
  • Previous experience in administration, reception and/or finance areas;
  • Previous workforce allocation/coordination experience;
  • Strong organization skills with a problemsolving attitude;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attention to detail

What would be great to have?

  • Knowledge of client databases e.g. Alayacare;
  • Knowledge of Veterans' Home Care Program
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in a community based notforprofit organisation.
