About the role
Coordinate and optimise our frontline Disability workforce across various locations by utilising rostering and scheduling systems to best meet client needs and preferences and promote a sustainable workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain staffing rosters in accordance with client needs, service agreements, budgets and award requirements
- Respond to adhoc roster change requests, ensuring amendments are recorded are clearly communicated to stakeholders
- Ensure staff availability patterns are recorded and kept up to date
- Escalate rostering and staff skill gaps, and work with line managers to identify solutions
- Build positive relationships through engagement with stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience within high volume rostering, scheduling and/or workforce planning
- Previous experience in the utilisation of rostering software systems
- Understanding of workforce management principles, HSE and relevant industrial award conditions
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment and with autonomy
