We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aged and Community Support team as a Rostering Officer.

This role is responsible for providing a range of timely and accurate administrative support and rostering services that are designed to maintain the safety and independence of older Monash residents within the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).


The position is the key point of contact for clients, care workers and is responsible for ensuring the rosters are maintained and updated for the best possible outcomes, reflecting the goal directed needs of the client.


The main responsibilities are but not limited to:
Work with other administration officers and the Home Support Team to roster new clients as required.

Liaise with Care Workers as required.

Prepare and process Care Worker time sheets.

Ensure appropriate and accurate data entry, manage client data and report on aspects of service as required.

Participate in the discharging of clients including the ending of service plans.

To be considered for the role, you will have:
Experience working in a customer service role.

Ability and willingness to provide exemplary customer service.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail and working through set rostering reports.

Experience working in a team.

Ability to manage own time effectively and work independently following set procedures in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.

Experience with using Microsoft Office, GoldCare and or other Community Care rostering software packages.

Satisfactory National Police Check

Qualifications and/or experience in a customer service rostering role within a community environment and/or Local Government environment.
