Due to an internal promotion, we seek casual Inclusive Education Assistants to join our team. We are looking for individuals passionate about diversity in early childhood development, particularly experienced with the 3 to school age group. If you have a solid understanding of early development principles and experience in setting learning goals, this role could be ideal for you.

What can you expect to be doing?:
- Supporting children in achieving developmental goals in collaboration with Educators and Allied Health professionals
- Consulting with stakeholders and ensuring families are well-informed about the inclusion program
- Implementing programs and behavioral strategies outlined by allied health professionals
- Maintaining accurate case notes to facilitate continuous improvement
What do you need to bring?:
- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care/Children's Services (Or equivalent as approved by Australian Children's Education and Care Authority)
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (highly desirable)
- Experience with the 3 to school age group (highly desirable)
- Experience working with children with delays and/or disabilities
- Knowledge of child development and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety practices, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements
