Job Summary
Ruskin Mill Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions across our Trust sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including data input, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
- Support the maintenance of HR systems, including personnel files, absence management, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
