The Role:

As the Portfolio Coordinator, you will provide support in the development and maintenance of project, program and portfolio standards, processes and tools

Other responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the GM ePMO (Enterprise Portfolio Management Office) and the team with the development of the standard tools, templates and systems
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance with established standards, tools and templates
  • Coordinating ePMO reporting, including the maintenance and communication of a reporting calendar
  • Supporting the Project Capability Leads in the coordination and administration of Gate Reviews and Project Health Checks
  • Managing the P3MF Teams and Sharepoint Site including configuration, information management, workflows and collaboration.
  • Providing system administration support for Project Online including the issuing of licences and management of changes


 Champion P3MF
  • Maintain and strengthen engagement of stakeholders.

You will bring:

  • Previous administrator experience, supporting a team in a project environment
  • Demonstrated experience in project methodologies from previous experience operating in a project, ePMO or PMO environment
  • Proactive approach with the willingness to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
