In this role, you'll:

  • Be part of our NSW TrainsLink team based out of our Sydney CBD office contributing to the success of the NSW TrainLink's Regional Rail Project and its safety. It is a temporary fulltime position until the end of 202
  • Be joining a diverse team and providing support and coordination services within the team. You'll liaise with other teams in the compilation and accreditation of relevant project safety documentation.
  • This role has a bit of everything as you will assist with workshops, presentations, meetings, and initiatives to help the business achieve its goals. The assistance could include administrative support, meeting minutes, consulting, document development and cooperating with various levels across the business.

About you

  • You'll have sound experience in Safety or Rail and associated administration which you'll combine with strong communication skills and an ability to manage competing priorities through organizational skills you've sharpened in a fast pace environment.
  • You're effective and efficient in coordination and administrative tasks. You take pride in working in a respectful, safe, accurate, cooperative, and highquality manner.
  • Experience matters most, but ideally, you'll have qualifications in WHS, OHS or similar.
