An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Website Merchandiser to join the White Fox family at our beautiful office in Rosebery.

As a Junior Website Merchandiser, you will collaborate with the E-commerce team, Head Of Buying & Web Developer to manage product uploads and visual merchandising across our Australian, UK, EU & U.S. online stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent merchandising of products across AU & US storefronts
  • Check images, content, and descriptions for accuracy and relevance
  • Manage product uploads, including imagery, descriptions, tagging, and SEO optimization using Shopify Plus
  • Coordinate with the Creative Team for e-commerce shoots
  • Work closely with buyers to streamline stock arrival processes
  • Align website merchandising with marketing calendar
  • Review online written content
  • Monitor website for operational issues and resolve them
  • Create new website categories and populate them with styles
  • Collaborate with marketing & buying teams for promotions
  • Assist in the maintenance and development of AU & US sites

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but raw talent and skills are highly valued
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Exceptional grammar skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
  • Self-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Shopify Plus is a plus
  • Passion for UX and e-commerce fashion
