The Opportunity:

While we offer an initial FIFO arrangement from Brisbane for smooth transition, our primary goal is to find someone eager to embed themselves within these vibrant communities.


As a Customer Support Sales Representative (CSSR) for Komatsu in Mount Isa or Emerald, you'll cultivate meaningful relationships with our esteemed regional clients, ensuring they benefit from unmatched support services.

Your primary mission will be to elevate parts sales for the state-of-the-art mobile equipment essential in the mining and construction landscapes.

And while Mount Isa and Emerald will be your mainstays, your influence will stretch across the surrounding areas.


More than just a sales position, this role beckons you to immerse in the rich tapestry of local cultures and landscapes.

Understand the heartbeat of the communities you serve and represent.

As you settle into this role, our seasoned team will provide comprehensive training and mentorship, ensuring your integration into the community and the Komatsu family is seamless and rewarding.


Roster:
Monday - Friday

Role Location:
Begin with FIFO from Brisbane, leading to permanent relocation in Emerald or Mount Isa.

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Customer focused and proactive in identifying opportunities
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties
  • Pipeline management and analysis
  • Efficiently work within the Microsoft Suite
  • Current drivers licence

We will also highly regard:

  • Mechanical Trade background (Diesel Fitter) or Parts background
  • Prior experience in the earth moving industry
  • Tertiary training highly regarded
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, particularly with Komatsu equipment
