Key Responsibilities- Provide sales and customer service to existing and prospective customers, including account management, resolution of customer complaints, and customer/site visits.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Process quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with phone, email, and in-person enquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery queries.

- Perform general administration tasks and documentation.

- Prior demonstrable experience in the glass or building/construction industry will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant glass industry practices.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferable.
