Due to continued growth, RISSafety now seeks to strengthen our QLD team by putting a call out for a natural leader with proven height safety installation experience, detailed knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards and a solid track record of leading and training great installation teams.

As the leading hand, you will be pivotal in your team delivering projects on time and within budget.

About the role

The desired criteria is as per the following:

  • Previous experience in the installation of height safety products and the knowledge of applicable Australian Standards highly regarded
  • Experience in Metal Roofing highly regarded
  • Be a true leader and lead by example
  • Proven 12 years experience in leading, motivating and maintaining a energetic and safe work environment
  • Be able to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Ability to work to a timeline
  • Be a team player
  • Experienced in operating power tools
  • Have current drivers license
  • A construction trade background (white card essential)
  • Have a safety first mindset
  • Ability to review SWMS and advise on WHS risks
  • Experience in working at heights
  • Demonstrated quality driven work
