Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate, develop and monitor correspondence related to assessments of major transport infrastructure projects, Infrastructure Australia, the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning, Queensland Treasury and other agencies.
  • Support the Director (Project Evaluation) with preparing and reviewing of responses to all major transport infrastructure related project evaluation matters (including but not limited to matters related to Infrastructure Australia, the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning, Queensland Treasury and other agencies).
  • As directed, support the Director (Project Evaluation) with all tasks relating to the provision of advice from adhoc requests, collation of information, review tasks and coordinating work activities.
  • Where required, assist the team by providing advice and drafting key components of major transport infrastructure project evaluations, as part of the development of the Strategic Assessment of Service Requirements, Preliminary Evaluation and Business Case stages of the Project Assessment Framework.
  • Foster and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for the department relevant to major project evaluation.
