Your Roles Purpose:

  • Provide end to end Specialist Recruitment Consulting in both temporary and permanent recruitment.
  • Account manage and business development into Government organisations and private sector clients.

Your Duties:

  • Source, screen, interview, assess and appoint top talent in the Canberra market.
  • Consult with existing clients on effective recruitment; temporary, permanent and flexible recruitment solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and development within your specialist portfolio through effective sales.
  • Administration of the recruitment database and ensuring all employee information is compliant.

What we are looking for:

  • A proactive, cando attitude
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • At least 3 years previous resourcing/account management experience in either agency or inhouse recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
