Job Title: CRM Functional Consultant

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Functional Consultant to join our team at Whizdom Recruitment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our internal teams to plan, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and related features.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience configuring and using Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Insights – Data, as well as implementing Marketing solutions using these products to support initiatives like campaigns, emails, newsletters, and customer journeys.

The Consultant will work across multi-disciplinary teams that use agile principles and practices, providing technical leadership to build our in-house technical capability to support maintaining the Customer Insights products.

The Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Leading the setup, configuration, and implementation of Customer Insights – Journeys, and Customer Insights – Data
  • Advising on configuration of security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings (inc. customer insights connector)
  • Collaborating with internal teams and supporting the development of lead management, customer journey processes, trigger-based marketing, and campaigns
  • Providing advice and assistance on implementing brand and compliance profiles, preference centers, consent management, and compliance centers, migrating Outbound Marketing activities to Real-time journeys
  • Technical Support: Offering technical guidance to upskill internal teams throughout the implementation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Proven experience implementing Marketing solutions, including marketing automation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights products
  • Strong understanding of Marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems and related technologies
  • Experience in data migration projects
  • Knowledge of Australian privacy laws and data protection regulations
  • Familiarity with government IT systems and processes

Location and Term:

This role can be based in ACT, VIC, NSW, QLD, and SA. Hybrid working available, 3 days in office/2 days WFH. Contract till 30 June 2025 with possible extension options.

Security Requirements:

Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A baseline security clearance is required for this role.
