Join us at the beautiful St Josephs Residential Aged Care home (112 beds) in Coffs Harbour as we search for a Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations.

Your Key Focus Areas:

  • Maintain high-quality service for residents as per Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Work closely with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage the home's financial performance and team operations.
  • Lead and support various teams within the home.
  • Ensure a safe working environment through proper risk management.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or a related field (Bachelor of Nursing).
  • Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
  • Thorough knowledge of Aged Care Legislation & Quality Standards.
  • Experience with AN-ACC assessment process and change management.
  • Strong financial understanding and leadership skills.
  • Customer-centric approach and IT proficiency.
