Join us at the beautiful St Josephs Residential Aged Care home (112 beds) in Coffs Harbour as we search for a Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations.
Your Key Focus Areas:
- Maintain high-quality service for residents as per Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Work closely with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage the home's financial performance and team operations.
- Lead and support various teams within the home.
- Ensure a safe working environment through proper risk management.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or a related field (Bachelor of Nursing).
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Thorough knowledge of Aged Care Legislation & Quality Standards.
- Experience with AN-ACC assessment process and change management.
- Strong financial understanding and leadership skills.
- Customer-centric approach and IT proficiency.
