What you'll be doing in this role

This role at Canva involves adapting to our evolving DNA as we grow. Here's an idea of your initial tasks, which are likely to evolve:

  • Setting strategies for triggered communication flows using Pardot & Braze
  • Collaborating with technical teams to automate programs efficiently
  • Managing stakeholder requests based on team capacity
  • Communicating strategies and decisions to senior stakeholders

You're a great fit if

  • You have experience in team leadership/management, overseeing a team of 3 direct reports
  • You understand B2B systems integration, especially tools like Pardot and Braze
  • You excel in crafting messages that enhance user experiences
  • You possess technical skills to create triggers in marketing tools
  • You have an automation mindset to scale solutions across global contexts
  • You appreciate the uniqueness of Canva and incorporate it into program recommendations
  • You demonstrate business rigor in forecasting impacts and prioritizing ideas
  • You excel in building effective relationships across different organizational structures
  • Previous SaaS experience is necessary

About the team

The Lifecycle Marketing Team at Canva aims to help users succeed and grow with us. We delight users, provide educational content, and conduct experiments to enhance user experiences through our channels.

One of our Lifecycle Leads, Jackie Hill, shared: "Our team is in a thrilling position within the business, connecting directly with our community to explore Canva's amazing tools. We test new ideas, run experiments, and collaborate with a super talented team, driving award-winning campaigns."

The Interim B2B Lead within the Lifecycle Marketing team is pivotal in a B2B messaging platform consolidation project, shaping how we communicate with leads and users. Collaborating with MarTech and Marketing Operations, you'll strategize communication flows for Enterprise leads and oversee product adoption teams.
