Job Description
You will become part of a well-established and victorious team known for its cohesive, positive, and enjoyable work atmosphere. In this role, your main tasks as a recruitment consultant will involve:
- Building and nurturing client relationships in a competitive setting.
- Providing advice on the best solutions to attract and retain candidates, alongside managing a candidate database effectively.
- Evaluating and meeting each client's or project's requirements.
- Sourcing suitable candidates and informing them about the opportunities available with the client.
