The Role:


The successful applicant will be a member of small efficient manufacturing & batching team, working Tuesday to Thursday each week on a 12-hour shifts roster, with additional hours available from time to time.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to, ensuring
    Safety is our Top Priority
  • Ensure our plant and machinery is operated to correct operating procedures and standards
  • Manufacture our products to specified quality standards
  • Be responsible for our equipment and work area
  • Ensure our plant and work areas are maintained to set standards
  • Report production data accurately and timely including waste, work in process, raw material needs, etc
  • Ensure the lubrication and greasing schedule is followed for preventative maintenance

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • More than two years of experience operating either a press line or extrusion sheet machine
  • Good mechanical understanding of extrusion and granulation machinery
  • Holding a current Forklift licence would be advantageous
  • Participate in relevant training and development
  • Have good communication and organizational skills
  • Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Be able to work independently
