The Role:


Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, the Sales & Customer Support Manager will be responsible for developing and driving revenue growth for our Plastics division in the NSW region.

You will proactively hunt new business and seek to leverage existing business opportunities to deliver and exceed the agreed sales targets and enable sustainable growth.

Whilst this plays a large part of the role, you will also be involved in supporting the national team with reporting, developing of presentations and much more No two days will be the same.


Working closely with the local team and wider sales team, you will be relentless in pursuit of the best outcome.

You will thrive under pressure, never shy away from a challenge, be entrepreneurial in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions whilst never compromising safety, quality, and customer service.


Your key areas you will be responsible for will be but not limited to:

  • Effectively drive and increase business profitability by delivering financial targets including volume, margin/profit, and revenue targets.
  • Timely response to all new and existing customer enquiries
  • Support wider sales team nationally on administrational tasks such as generating reports, presentations etc.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using a CRM to actively organise, document, schedule and respond promptly to follow up with customer queries, complaints, supply/quality issues and leads
  • Ensure that company guidelines and procedures are followed, and occupational health and safety requirements are met.

What you need to succeed:

  • Gogetter, selfmotivated, results orientated, resilient, persistence, positive outlook are a few words that describe some of your key attributes
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills to manage, motivate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B sales, advantageous if currently within the Plastic, FMCG, Manufacturing, Packaging or Processing industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and SAP (advantageous, although not required)
