Opal Fibre Packaging Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Revesby on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The key focus of this role will be to:

  • Providing high quality service to customers and suppliers via email and phone calls
  • Work closely with customers to develop & deliver solutions to any issues that arise (for example: any blocked orders, pricing enquiries or changes to delivery times)
  • Manage the communication channel between internal departments and the customer to achieve DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time) e.g., arranging late timeslots, transport arrangements.
  • Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers.
  • Respond to internal and external queries via CRM, e.g. new and existing orders, credits, quality, tooling, delivery dates, pricing, production/dispatch status, and new business queries.
  • Manage and document all customer communication via CRM system.

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

  • Experience in using SAP databases is required
  • Previous experience working in a call-centre environment would be viewed favourably
  • Excellent phone skills, especially in busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail – with a customer focussed mindset
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to manage competing demands and to manage deadlines.
  • Experience in using CRMs (such as Salesforce) would be viewed favourably
