Job Description:

We are looking for a Graduate Marketing eXperience Coordinator to join our eXperience division.

Reporting to the Brand Strategist, this all-rounder role supports the delivery of business-to-business (B2B) marketing activities, reaching customers around the world.


As a Graduate Marketing eXperience Coordinator you will have broad exposure to all aspects of marketing including web and graphic design, copywriting, communications, digital marketing, campaign reporting, and advertising.


What you'll do as a Graduate Marketing eXperience Coordinator:

  • Support the execution of a wide range of marketing activities including product and brand launches in new regions, digital campaigns, lead generation and any ad-hoc events.
  • Develop knowledge of B2B marketing and brandbuilding techniques.
  • Compose customer communications, blogs, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Manage website content using our nocode software (Webflow).
  • Create graphics using design software (Adobe and/or Canva).
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of marketing activity.
  • Assist with compiling research on customers, markets, and competitors.

Qualifications:

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree in Marketing or Communications or a related business discipline.
  • Understanding of key concepts and channels used in digital marketing.
  • Interest in marketing within a technology or software company.
  • Enthusiasm for developing creative and digital marketing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fastidious attention to detail
  • Strong creative thinking skills.
  • Proactive, cando attitude.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload, working autonomously where necessary

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with creative & design tools (Adobe, Canva, Webflow) will help you hit the ground running.
  • Prior exposure to marketing (e.g. volunteering, internship, retail / customer service experience) will help set you apart.
