We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Graduate to join our expanding marketing team.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to work closely with the Design & Brand Manager. Your responsibilities will involve refining our brand's visual identity, utilizing the latest design trends to create captivating creatives, brochures, flowcharts, infographics, and social media posts.

By contributing to spreading the Pitcher Partners brand motto 'Making Business Personal,' you will demonstrate the value and impact of our products. This role presents a fantastic chance to build and advance your marketing career within a supportive team environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in designing and producing professional communication materials for print and online media.
  • Create engaging graphics for tenders, brochures, posters, booklets, branding, and displays from concept to production.
  • Aid in maintaining the corporate brand identity and publishing procedures for all designs.
  • Support in crafting compelling social media posts that resonate with our audience.
  • Create and edit high-quality short-form video content for different social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.

What we're seeking:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant Marketing field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, customer-facing roles, graphic design, or account management.
  • Possess creative and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player who can also work independently.
  • Knowledgeable about communication and design processes.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Pays attention to detail and possesses strong organizational skills.
  • Enjoys collaborative work and strives to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Able to identify and engage with social media trends aligning with the brand voice.
