_Responsibilities_
We are looking for skilled professionals who can:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing onboarding documentation, scheduling inductions, coordinating IT equipment, and managing all employee paperwork
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and activity tracking documents for reporting purposes
  • Develop and nurture internal and external relationships, engaging with stakeholders on onboarding and offboarding requirements
  • Contribute to enhancing processes and driving process improvement initiatives
  • Provide efficient administrative support for Program recruitment activities such as setting up interviews, preparing recruitment documents, and related tasks
  • Coordinate with the recruitment manager to arrange room bookings, create interview schedules, and handle necessary paperwork
  • Make well-informed decisions based on expertise, knowledge, and best practices, following relevant guidelines and procedures
  • Take on additional duties or roles as assigned when needed
Essential Criteria
  • Display discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Adopt a customer service-oriented approach when dealing with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver quality results within deadlines
  • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively at all levels
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and proactive responsibility towards tasks
  • Show capacity to manage a team, identify training requirements, and promote professionalism
  • Maintain personal integrity while achieving results within prescribed guidelines

Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in a recruitment project environment
  • Baseline Security Clearance
