We are currently looking for a VIP & Stakeholder Relations Coordinator on a full time, 9-month contract, to lead the ongoing guest management of key stakeholder groups during the AO and summer of tennis and assist in the project management of events for Government, Community & International contingents.

About the role

  • Reporting to the Director of Government Social Impact and Stakeholder Relations, In this role you will;_
  • Oversee the guest management process at specific AO and TA events, ensuring the efficient execution of guest communications including invites, RSVPs, and timely updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor invitation and RSVP response and adjust to changes accordingly across all databases and key documents
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to coordinate all key event elements and event space deliverables including room design briefs, event order, implementation, and event bump in and out
  • Provide efficient and detailed post event reports and debrief documents
  • Act as the first point of call for guest enquiries, ensuring all guests receive a firstclass experience
About you

  • What you will bring to the role:_
  • Highlevel of administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Experience in event management, hospitality management or sports administration is desirable
  • Preparedness to work flexible working hours including weekends and evenings as required
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
