You will provide personalized in-home care to our clients, including assistance with personal care, household chores, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, shopping, and social activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and personalized care tailored to the individual needs of each client.
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Remind clients to take medications and assist with medication administration.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and social activities.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and mental health.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Preferred requirements:

  • Extensive experiences in caring for elderly and/or disabled individual in community and home settings.
  • A caring and compassionate personality
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
