As an RPO Program Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the operational activities and contractual compliance, the relevant cost centre's profitability and leading the team delivering the solution.

This role will lead a team of three onsite Recruitment Business Partners located across Business and Canberra.

As leader of the Talent Acquisition team your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead this RPO recruitment team to a level of operational excellence, and be driven to continuously improve their service offering
  • Participate in periodic operations / service reviews and ensure that business performance and service delivery comply with contractual and legislative requirements
  • Work directly with the client's contract owner, HR Division and Procurement Manager as required
  • Drive your recruitment team to act as strategic partners with deep expertise, consulting around best practice sourcing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, whilst assisting with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring that workforceplanning meetings are conducted with client base to facilitate ManpowerGroup's ability to meet the client's expectation
  • Coach, mentor and develop recruitment team members to enable staff to achieve optimum productivity through weekly team meetings and regular 1:
  • Develop your team to work confidently and effectively with the Hiring Managers to identify workforce planning needs and supplier engagement strategies
  • Monthly invoicing and regularly checking the recruitment team is on track
  • Provide and continue to build recruitment metrics from Workday system
  • Adhoc reporting
  • As a handson leader you will also recruit Northrop Grumman's leadership and complex/hard to fill roles in this very tight and competitive defence market
  • Engage with training organisations, universities, clubs and forums to assist with pipeline building
  • Keep up to date with market intelligence and insights to stay competitive
  • Travel to trade shows 34 times a year, and interstate travel twice a year to visit your team

What are we looking for in you?

  • Significant strategic experience managing an RPO and or MSP Program
  • Proven analytical skills, time management skills and effective organisational skills;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • A passion to be always striving to run the best program possible
  • Previous staff management experience
  • Demonstrated recruitment management experience
  • A passion for and at least some exposure to the Defence industry preferred
