Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director, APAC Programs to lead our Cubic Transportation Systems (Australia) Pty Limited team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the annual operating plan, driving program performance and growth, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead direct and indirect teams, including subcontractors and partners, to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and execute the annual operating plan, ensuring program activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and manage resources to ensure program activities meet customer expectations.
  • Manage program financials, including identifying opportunities for cost optimization and mitigating risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, partners, and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Four-year University degree, or equivalent, in electronic, software, or mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline, plus fifteen years of related technical or engineering experience.
  • Experience leading a large infrastructure, technology-focused project with over $250m in value.
  • Five years leading a portfolio of programs is desirable. PMP required, advanced engineering degree or MBA is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practice.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional program teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
