Your responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Follow market trends, identify leads, and engage with potential partners and customers.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies, nurture relationships with partners and customers.
  • Opportunity Identification: Discover new opportunities, assist customers throughout the sales process, provide pricing support.
  • Engagement and Promotion: Participate in social media interactions, conferences, and trade shows related to power system stability, energy storage, and renewable energy sectors.
  • Stay Informed: Monitor market updates, regulatory changes by AEMO and TNSP, focusing on grid stability and electricity market developments.
  • Product Marketing: Promote synchronous condenser products and services, offer training to customers and stakeholders.

Your background
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with sales experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of grid stability requirements and competing technologies, familiarity with Australian power network stakeholders and regulations.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in managing long-term projects, building relationships with commercial and technical partners.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working with EPCs and TNSPs, excellent cooperation skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Work Attitude: Systematic, independent, responsible, and adaptable, with a willingness to travel. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
