About Our Client
Our Client is a Government Department.
Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis and generate reports.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Support senior analysts in large-scale data projects.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with government standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must hold an NV1 (Negative Vetting Level 1) security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
