About the Role
We're seeking a talented Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches and enhancements.
- Own the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise product requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable development tasks.
- Identify bottlenecks in the product delivery process and suggest solutions to optimise efficiency, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure the entire team is aligned on goals and deliverables.
- Anticipate potential delivery challenges and proactively manage risks, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
- Utilise data to guide decisions, ensuring that key metrics drive the product's evolution and prioritisation.
You will be a great fit if you have
- 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid role, preferably within a tech-driven environment.
- Proven experience in delivering software products or features from conception through to launch.
- Solid understanding of agile development processes and methodologies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in startups or scaling businesses.
- A passion for continuous learning and development, both personally and for the teams you work with.
