We operate across multiple industry segments including Food Service, Aviation, Health and large events such as Festivals and Sporting events.
The role
Tasks and responsibilities
You will be reporting to their executive manager with duties including:
Customer service
- You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Review customer orders and work with customer service team to process daily orders and ensure that all orders are processed by cut off times.
- Meet and exceed KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers with operational contacts within each customer.
- Supervise a team of customer service staff and ensure efficient operations
- Update CRM with sales leads/opportunities
Administration
- Assist Supply Chain to maintain the product samples area by keeping well stocked and tidy.
- Order and maintain office supplies and maintain office
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience using ERP systems and excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to details and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong leadership skills
- Resilient, driven and determined to succeed
