What you'll do
As a Client Service Officer, you'll be the initial point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Your focus will be on actively listening to understand clients' needs and recommending tailored solutions to add value to their lives. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing client phone calls, online queries, and emails
- Ensuring a consistent and smooth client interaction process
- Maintaining accurate client data and record systems
- Efficiently handling phone bookings and online queries
What you'll bring
- Outstanding customer service skills with empathy and emotional intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Quick to learn new systems and technologies, including MS Office and various CRM systems
- Preference for experience in call center or contact center environments
- Experience in not-for-profit (NFP) or support services is a plus
Details
- Approximately $36 per hour plus benefits like super, leave loading, and salary packaging
- Full-time position: 5 days a week, 9 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri
- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote
- Location: Macquarie Park
