What you'll do

As a Client Service Officer, you'll be the initial point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Your focus will be on actively listening to understand clients' needs and recommending tailored solutions to add value to their lives. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client phone calls, online queries, and emails
  • Ensuring a consistent and smooth client interaction process
  • Maintaining accurate client data and record systems
  • Efficiently handling phone bookings and online queries

What you'll bring

  • Outstanding customer service skills with empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick to learn new systems and technologies, including MS Office and various CRM systems
  • Preference for experience in call center or contact center environments
  • Experience in not-for-profit (NFP) or support services is a plus

Details

  • Approximately $36 per hour plus benefits like super, leave loading, and salary packaging
  • Full-time position: 5 days a week, 9 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri
  • Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote
  • Location: Macquarie Park
