Spanning across Australia and New Zealand, our operations will be supported by two local manufacturing sites, six distribution centers, and a team of over 1500 passionate and diverse individuals.
The Exciting Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Program Manager to join our Implementation team and drive the commercial aspects of our program, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Suntory Oceania to ensure seamless alignment and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities:
Create, oversee, and manage project timelines to keep projects on course, escalating issues when necessary. Take charge of maintaining registers for assigned streams, including risks, issues, dependencies, and actions. Ensure timely updates to registers and escalate items as needed. Conduct regular touchpoints with stream leads to monitor progress, update registers, and address any challenges. Prepare stream progress reports to clearly communicate the current status of each stream. Monitor project planning and execution activities. Collaborate with change managers to align their activities with project delivery plans. Engage with internal and external partners to understand stakeholder requirements and define project deliverables.Your Skill Set
We are seeking a results-oriented individual with the following qualifications and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or management. Commercial acumen in P&L management. Experience in overseeing projects related to commercial or strategic decisions. Proficiency in managing RAID logs. Ability to manage financial budgets effectively. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.Embrace the Suntory Spirit
