Join Latitude's Health Care client as a Member Communications Specialist for an 8 week assignment. The team requires a talented Copywriter with a passion for engaging and connecting with members via digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of impactful member communications strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct endtoend research on member communications best practices, trends, and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Member Marketing team to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring that all communications align with the companies tone and voice.
  • Craft engaging and informative content that resonates with a diverse member base.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including designers and developers, to deliver highquality and visually appealing communications.
  • Optimise copy for SEO and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of member communications, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably in a marketing or communications role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and persuasive copy across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with endtoend research methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience working in Insurance, Telco or Finance industry is advantageous
