My client offers flexible working arrangements, and you can work from Richmond. Applicants MUST be Australian Citizens and either hold or be willing to obtain a baseline security clearance.

Your new role
DutiesAssist the Director with overall team strategy and planning.
Manage the environments team and its service delivery to support development teams, the Release program and to ensure all environments are available, secure and up to date.
Provide delivery management and technical leadership to the environments Team.
Develop service delivery and resource plans to ensure all Salesforce and MuleSoft environment needs are met.
Develop and maintain Salesforce environment plans.
Execute hands-on critical and complex Salesforce administration tasks to support releases, CI/CD and new projects and environment changes.
Ensure standards and support processes are continually reviewed and improved.
Seek out automation opportunities for improved management of the Salesforce landscape.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and external vendors to resolve them.
Develop environment and code management plans to support Release plans to deploy projects and BAU fixes into Production.
Manage support tickets with Salesforce & maintain platform security.
Ensure documentation on processes, policies, and configuration is developed and maintained.
Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
Assign work activities, mentor and provide support to the environments team.
Provide support for Salesforce projects and work with team members including Developers, Testers, Project Managers, Cyber Security, Architects and Business Analysts.
What you'll need to succeed
CriteriaEssential criteria
1. Certified Salesforce Admin ADM211 or at least ADM201.
2. At least 7 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
3. Recent experience in a hands-on Team Management role in an enterprise-scale Salesforce-centric environment using contemporary tools and DevOps processes.
4. Strong experience in service delivery management.
5. Excellent stakeholder negotiation skills and the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks, across multiple stakeholder groups across the Salesforce Admin Team
6. Demonstrable experience in administration and configuration of Salesforce Vlocity, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics and/or Health Cloud and in using GitLab for Salesforce deployments.
Desirable criteria
1. ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.
2. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
3. Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
