We work one on one with our clients to design an individual support plan that can range from a traditional agency support framework to a more flexible support engagement.


All our service arrangements are designed in consultation with the individual client to ensure we meet their individual needs and goals.

We are looking for Support worker for immediate start if you can be matched to the needs of one of our clients.


Essential skills and competencies:


We're looking for caring, people focused individuals who will brighten our client's days and make a positive impact on their lives.

To do well in this role, you will/may have:

  • Permitted to work in Australia
  • Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)
  • Current Police Check
  • Hold a current First Aid certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Orientation Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS COVID 19 Certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written English

Desirable accreditations competencies:

  • Current Working with Children Check (highly desirable)
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability/Aged Care /or relevant (highly desirable)

From $45,000.00 per year

Mental Health: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
