Our client is a major player in the retail dealership scene, with multiple dealerships. They sell and service a wide range of major franchise Trucks and Commercial Vehicles.

About the role

  • This role will see you managing the dealerships five largest and most important clients' fleets. This role is vital in ensuring the relationship is as strong as it can be moving forward and the highest quality of care and service is being provided.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the workflow of a team of workshop technicians
  • Ensuring your department is trained and performing to the highest of standards
  • Servicing and maintaining the fleet of five major customers
  • Building strong relationships with customers and growing the relationship
Previous experience in a similar role or truck mechanical experience with an eagerness to progress into management

  • Previous experience working with customers
  • Previous dealership experience from any industry or experience working for a transport business.
  • You will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level and manage the ongoing success of this busy fleet management department.
  • On offer is a generous salary package of

OTE c. $120k - $130k with a base salary of c. $90k - $100k + $10k vehicle allowance + c. $20k commission per annum.
