**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a Warranty Clerk to join our dynamic team in Laverton. You will be liaising with workshop and service staff members to ensure supporting evidence repairs are carried out, while managing the Warranty & Policy process.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with workshop staff members regarding warranty repairs
- Adjudicate and process all warranty claims
- Reconcile vendor and PACCAR warranty claims
- Submit warranty claims to PACCAR and respective manufacturers
- Manage, update and close warranty repair orders and warranty repair order control
- Identify and provide advice for warranty process improvement
- Assist with all warranty-related requests
- Other duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Specialised knowledge of Automotive industry and heavy vehicle knowledge is highly regarded
- High level of technical proficiency in DAF, Cummins, Eaton, Bendix, ESA, Meritor, DANA is advantageous
- Qualified Diesel/Motor Mechanic is desirable
- Experience in Costing is preferred
- Excellent Customer Service
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
