The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplary leadership with focus on crew development
  • Understanding of financial targets
  • Exceptional service skills and be guest focused
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Able and willing to work weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
  • Experience using a Time & Attendance system, H&L or similar
  • Must possess a valid RSA
