About the Role


We are currently seeking to appoint a Project Officer who will be responsible to provide project administration support for key programs, processes and strategies to enable the Department's workforce to reach its full potential.


Key accountabilities

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives.
  • Provide a range of project management and support services to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.
  • Analysing customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to inform decisionmaking.
  • Developing and implementing insightdriven strategies to improve the customer experience, including recommendations for new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring project plans and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless implementation of service experience strategies.
  • Staying current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer experience, and making recommendations for incorporating these into department initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in customer experience, customer insights, strategy development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Power Bi and Visio.
  • Government experience and understanding Government roles.
