Your Opportunity

  • Do you have a passion and experience within the sales and sport industry?_
  • As our Key Account Co-Ordinator, you will support the Key Account Manager and Sport Sales Director with sellin, servicing, product management, analytical and reporting information in addition to working directly with Key Account partners in managing their daytoday requirements. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining key retail relationships, managing existing key accounts, and ensuring goals, service requirements, and commitment are maintained by each account. You will collaborate with shared service functions to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing allocation summary of orders including order releases, booking and delivery requirements and communicating this to Key Account customers.
  • Updating and maintaining Key Account customer assortment documents.
  • Store visits to Key Accounts to interview staff, maintaining VM expectations, collect competitor activity & product reviews to ensure product and marketing teams are armed with the most uptodate information on our customer and market landscape.
  • Visual Merchandising and sharing of images internally.
  • Provide feedback on all current POS and any opportunities instore.
  • Analysing sellthrough data for key accounts and providing valuable and timely insights into the workings of the key account businesses.
  • Supporting in managing performance vs. budget, performance vs. PY, Key Account performance with key initiatives vs. overall organizational performance.
  • Assortment planning across AFA & Optics categories.
  • Working closely with AFA, Marketing & Training departments to support sellin, GTM & Training plans with each customer.
  • Being the first point of contact with buying departments for ordering, tech training, LHKS dispatch and the Marketing Team coordinating customised store requirements, stock replenishment, and new stock release.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience managing accounts in the sport industry.
  • Proven record of success in achieving sales targets in a wholesale or retail environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and influencing ability.
  • Strong negotiating and relationship building capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A Current driver licence and car
