About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager in our team, you'll play a key role in helping to deliver personalised touch points for customers. This role is responsible for building customer journeys that are best in class to generate incremental revenue. You will work in the Personalisation business to deliver personalised experiences to create / deepen / maintain customer relationships through 1-1 campaigns.

Role Type: 18-month Fixed term contract
What will your day look like?
You will be accountable for:
Delivering integrated 1-1 below the line personalised experiences. Analysing and segmenting data to establish key target audiences for campaigns including inclusion and exclusion criteria. Defining the customer journey and building out best in class messaging that's relevant for the channel. Developing ongoing test and learn framework cross channels to optimise to incremental sales, product usage, and retention Measuring, optimising, and stopping campaigns based on key performance metrics. Working with creative / production / agencies and partners to develop and productionise campaign messaging. Working with our product owners and capability team to develop and operationalise new personalisation capabilities. Working with product and marketing stakeholders to deliver propositions via personalised channels, leveraging new-to-bank marketing technology and capability, to establish best practice guidelines and frameworks for working.What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
You will have deep data-driven campaign experience including the ability to lead end-to-end design, delivery and management of 1-1 integrated marketing communications which drive customer engagement. Deep knowledge of digital channels and platforms which maximises overall digital execution, innovation and delivery of digitally led customer and commercial outcomes. Proficiency in managing digital marketing, website personalisation or targeted marketing. Experience with sourcing and analysing data, drawing insights, performance reporting and campaign optimisation. Excellent communication skills and experience in working with creative agency and in-house partners to develop campaign creative, messaging, ensuring alignment to brand guidelines, tone of voice and strategic objectives. Strong stakeholder management and experience working with a cross functional team to understand existing processes and journeys and deliver to a communication plan within required timeframes. This includes experience working with data and analytics team to enable segmentation and implement trigger-based campaigns. Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques with an ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity. A growth mindset, resilient nature, and an ability to cope and support others during uncertainty Have a curious mindset and continuously test and learn ways to improve communications this includes reporting on program performance to key stakeholders and facilitating sharing of insights and learnings across ANZ. Experience in financial services would be a bonus.You're not expected to have % of these skills.
